The AirTAC GFR300C15ALNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15ALNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit is threaded NPT1/2, drains condensate automatically, and carries the standard 40 um filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type (its exact adjustment range is not published - confirm with us), and no gauge is fitted. A reverse (check) valve is built in, the bowl is metal, a mounting bracket is included, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is orderable with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G(BSPP) or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning and low-pressure regulation for the clamp and fixture actuators on a machining cell, where clean, moisture-free air at a set low pressure holds parts in place during cutting.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding spray guns and atomising nozzles on a paint or coating line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate between shifts without manual attention.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and air jets that sort, push and divert packs on a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the built-in check valve in the circuit.
Choose the size and port against the air your line actually uses: GFR comes in 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and flow is published as curves, not a single rating - send us your demand and we will confirm the right step before you order. Pick the drain to match attendance: automatic (as on this model) for unattended condensate removal, manual where someone checks the bowl routinely, or differential-pressure as the default. Element grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; gauges are optional (embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales) and this configuration has none; threads come as PT (standard), G(BSPP) or NPT; and the mounting bracket can be included or omitted (code J).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your port size, line pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for your application before you order.
Code N means no gauge is fitted on this configuration. Across the GFR range you can order an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales, so if you need a local pressure readout, ask for the gauge variant instead. The adjustment range of the low-pressure regulator type is also confirmed on request.
