The AirTAC GFR300C15C1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15C1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 300-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and a round pressure gauge with MPa scale fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the bowl is polycarbonate (PC), as standard for the 300 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air drop that feeds tool changers, pneumatic clamps and air blasts on a CNC machining center, holding a steady set pressure at the machine while the 40 um element keeps debris out of the machine's valves.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the gripper and pusher cylinders on a carton packaging line, where the gauge lets operators verify set pressure at the line and the drain bowl carries off condensed water before it reaches the actuators.
Point-of-use filtration and regulation at manual assembly benches in an automotive plant, giving each workstation its own filtered supply with a locally visible, adjustable pressure instead of relying on a single header setting.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 carry progressively larger ports (1/8 in through 1 in) and higher flow capacity, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check the curve against your application before you order. Drain choice is differential-pressure (standard on this unit), automatic (code A) or manual (code M); filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges come as an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is available on this family. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one flow number we can quote. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
On this unit the bowl uses a differential-pressure drain, which handles condensate based on the pressure differential across the filter element, with no separate intervention step in normal operation. If you prefer, the same GFR300 body can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M).
