The AirTAC GFR300C15C1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 with Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This GFR300C15C1TK is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT thread, a 40 um standard filter element and the differential-pressure drain. It is fitted with a round pressure gauge on an MPa scale, a reverse (check) valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um filter element (code W), automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and low-pressure or check-valve variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the cylinder and valve circuit of a small punch press: the 40 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the valve stack while the MPa gauge lets the setter dial in the working pressure.
Supplying regulated air to stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling or cartoning conveyor, with the fitted check valve holding the downstream circuit if the upstream supply dips.
A point-of-use station feeding spray guns in a paint or coating booth: water and particulate removed ahead of the gun, with the regulator set by the round gauge to the pressure the gun specification calls for.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 or 600, with ports stepping from 1/8 in to 1 in as air demand grows - this 300 unit takes a 1/2 in NPT thread. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (this model, the default), automatic (A) or manual (M); manual-drain versions widen the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges come as the embedded square type or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Threads are PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options, and a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the standard arrangement on the GFR300 and is what this model carries. Automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are orderable variants; note that manual-drain versions widen the regulator range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) instead of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
