The AirTAC GFR300C15C2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15C2GK is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a set downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a G1/2 (BSPP) port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element is high enough, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The fitted reverse/check valve holds the downstream setting if upstream supply is interrupted, and a mounting bracket is included for panel or wall fixing. The polycarbonate bowl keeps the condensate level visible at a glance.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs from size 200 to 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G/NPT thread variants, 5 um (code W) filtration, automatic or manual drains, and square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for pneumatic nutrunners and press fixtures on an automotive assembly line, where the psi gauge lets technicians verify tool pressure at the station.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, so match it to your line size and the flow your actuators need - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention, automatic drains continuously, and manual suits supervised points. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify 5 um (code W) where finer protection is needed. Gauges come as the embedded square type or the external round type, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is G. Brackets are included unless code J is specified. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure that could mislead. Tell us your line pressure, port size and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
This GFR300 configuration has the standard differential-pressure drain: when the water and dirt collected in the bowl raise the pressure drop across the 40 um element far enough, the drain bleeds the condensate off automatically during flow. It needs no daily attention; if you prefer a continuously automatic drain or a manual drain you control yourself, those are order options in the same series.
