The AirTAC GFR300C15F1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in one compact body. This configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, filters to the standard 40 um grade, drains condensate automatically by differential pressure as flow passes through, and carries an embedded square pressure gauge reading in MPa. It handles up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), works from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and includes a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with PT, G and NPT thread options, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the sizing and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to power clamps and tool-change cylinders on a machining centre, keeping holding pressure steady through the shift while the differential drain clears condensate on the fly.
Feeding diverters, pushers and sealing heads on a packaging conveyor, where a single unit both filters plant air and holds a fixed setting so cylinders stroke consistently.
Conditioning the air ahead of a solenoid valve manifold on an automated machine, protecting spools and seals from water and grit while locking the supply pressure the manifold was set up for.
Start with the port step: size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines running larger actuators or multiple drops; step up to 400 or 600 for higher demand, down to 200 for compact points of use. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit) needs no attention during operation, automatic suits unattended installations, manual suits supervised points. Pick 40 um for general plant air or 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard; G and NPT are order options, and this unit is the NPT version. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the curve data before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curve on request before you order.
Yes. This unit comes with the embedded square gauge on the MPa scale, and psi or bar scales are selectable order options. An external round gauge is also available if you prefer that style; tell us which scale you want and we will confirm the right code.
