The AirTAC GFR300C15F1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water-and-particulate filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT1/2 (1/2 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl empties while air is flowing. The standard regulator covers a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa is fitted, a reverse (check) valve holds the downstream setting if the supply dips, and a mounting bracket is included. The size 300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, ordered with a choice of drain (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um element (code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar), and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air feeding a workshop press's clamping cylinders, with the check valve holding the set pressure if the main supply dips.
Condition the air driving pick-and-place cylinders and diverters on a bottling or cartoning conveyor, keeping moisture and pipe scale out of the valves.
Supply clean, regulated air to a machining centre's tool-change and workholding circuits, with the 40 um element protecting downstream solenoid valves.
Step through the GFR sizes (200 / 300 / 400 / 600) against the port and air demand of your circuit; this unit lands at size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (as here), automatic, or manual - and note that a manual-drain version also widens the regulator setting range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi). Filtration is 40 um standard, or 5 um with code W where finer protection is needed; the gauge can be ordered scaled in MPa, psi or bar; thread can be PT (standard), G or NPT; a bracket is included. The family works at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet and -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This unit drains condensate by differential pressure: the bowl empties while air is flowing, with nothing to set or forget. If you prefer an automatic drain, or a manual drain (which also widens the regulator setting range down to 0.05 MPa / 7 psi), the same size 300 filter regulator can be ordered that way.
