The AirTAC GFR300C15F1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F1WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is supplied with a 1/2 in NPT port, the finer 5 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl is fitted with a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and options include a 40 um or 5 um element, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet numbers for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the air feeding clamps, tool-changer cylinders and other actuators on a CNC machining line, where clean, moisture-free air at a set pressure keeps positioning repeatable.
Supplying filtered and regulated air to pick-and-place cylinders and sealing jaws on a packaging conveyor, protecting downstream valves from water and particulate carryover.
Serving as the point-of-use filter regulator ahead of air tools and small pneumatic presses at an assembly-plant workstation, set to the pressure the station's circuit was designed around.
Choosing within the GFR family comes down to five decodable decisions. Size (200/300/400/600) steps port and flow capacity together - this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type: differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic, or manual - note the manual-drain version widens the regulation floor to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade: 40 um standard or the 5 um (W) element fitted on this model. Gauge: embedded square or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the square, MPa gauge. Thread: PT is the standard; G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) are order options. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port requirements and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code orders the finer 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, which suits circuits with sensitive downstream valves and instruments. The drain is the differential-pressure type (no drain letter in the code): it discharges condensate as the pressure differential across the element rises. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options.
