The AirTAC GFR300C15F2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is decoded as a size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and a mounting bracket included. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of port sizes, PT (standard), G or NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, an optional 5 um (code W) filter element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and an optional low-pressure regulator type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the supply line feeding a stamping or assembly press, so the directional valves and cylinder seals receive clean, moisture-reduced air at a set pressure.
Condition the air feeding conveyor stopper cylinders and clamp actuators on a packaging line, with the check valve holding the set downstream pressure against supply dips.
Serve as the filter-regulator stage in a CNC machine tool's pneumatic panel, protecting solenoid valves and air-powered tool-change components from water and debris.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (as decoded here) drains automatically as flow passes, while automatic and manual variants are coded A and M. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) are selected at ordering, and the bracket is included on this code. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The trailing K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply is lost. This unit also has a differential-pressure drain (no drain code letter), which expels collected condensate automatically as air flows through the unit; automatic (A) and manual (M) drain versions are available to order.
