The AirTAC GFR300C15F2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15F2WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is a size 300 unit with a 1/2 in NPT port, the 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, a differential-pressure drain that sheds condensate as air passes through, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the unit operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 300 the bowl is polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses an aluminium alloy bowl. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or automatic drains, the 40 um or 5 um element, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to tool changers and clamping fixtures on a machining centre: the 5 um element protects directional valves from finer particulate, and the psi gauge lets setters dial the cell setpoint directly.
Regulating supply to pick-and-place cylinders and sealing jaws on a packaging conveyor, where the differential-pressure drain sheds condensate as production runs keep air moving through the unit.
Point-of-use filter regulation at assembly-station drop legs, holding a stable setpoint for downstream air guns, grippers and torque tools while the bracket mounts the unit at the frame.
Choose the size and port against the flow your line needs: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this unit sits at size 300 with a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains with flow, automatic (code A) drains on its own, and manual (code M) needs a periodic press. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, fitted here) for finer protection. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and thread can be PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line's flow and pressure requirement and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet before you order.
The GFR series uses a 40 um element as standard and offers 5 um as the W option. This unit carries the 5 um grade, which filters finer particulate ahead of the regulator - a good fit for valves and cylinders affected by finer contamination. If your line only needs coarse protection, the 40 um standard grade is available in the same size.
