The AirTAC GFR300C15LJF2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15LJF2W is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded PT1/2 (1/2 in PT; G and NPT are order options), carries a 5 um filter element, and drains condensate by differential pressure. It is built as the low-pressure regulator type, includes an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, has no reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G/NPT threads and brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to the clamping fixtures on a machining cell: the 5 um element filters water and particulate ahead of the directional valves, and the regulator holds the clamp pressure the fixture was set up for.
Filtered, regulated air to the cylinders and actuators on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, with the low-pressure regulator type suiting stations that run below standard line pressure.
Point-of-use treatment at the spray-gun drops in an automotive refinish booth, where water and particle removal plus a stable set pressure support consistent atomisation at the gun.
Size and port step up together: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 in through 1 in ports, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your air consumption at working pressure - we can check the curve against your application on request. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (this model, the standard), automatic, or manual. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (this model, code W) for finer particulate protection. Gauges are embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales (this unit: square, psi), and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be ordered where the code omits one (this model has none). Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, confirm sizing with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The standard GFR element grade is 40 um; code W fits a 5 um element for finer particulate removal ahead of sensitive valves, cylinders or instruments. This model is already fitted for 5 um. Both grades are catalogue options across the GF, GFR, GFC and GC families.
