The AirTAC GFR300C15MC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate down to 5 um (the fine W grade, versus the 40 um standard) and holds your downstream pressure at any setting between 0.05 and 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration is built for a 1/2 inch NPT port, drains by hand through its manual drain, reads outlet pressure on a fitted round MPa gauge, carries a reverse/check valve, and includes a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and optional check valves. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feed the tool-clamp cylinders and pneumatic actuators of a CNC machining centre from one filtered, regulated drop: the 5 um element protects spool valves, and the check valve keeps the clamp circuit pressurised if shop air dips.
Supply the stopper and diverter cylinders on a bottling or canning conveyor with regulated air at a set pressure so gate timing stays consistent shift after shift, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled line cleaning.
Regulate the air feeding nutrunners, clamps and lift-assist cylinders at an automotive assembly station, with the round MPa gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the cell and the 5 um grade guarding downstream valves.
Size 300 with a 1/2 inch NPT port sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to 400 or 600, or down to 200, as your air demand dictates - we will confirm the flow curve against your consumption before you order. The 5 um W-grade element suits actuation that tolerates less particulate than the 40 um standard; the manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure mechanism. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa (psi and bar scales are available as codes), the built-in check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply drops, and the bracket is included. PT is the standard thread for the series; G and NPT are catalogue options ordered by code, as on this unit.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the flow curve and correct size from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: an operator opens the bowl drain during routine checks instead of relying on an automatic mechanism. The W selects the 5 um element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard, for circuits where cleaner air protects downstream valves and cylinders.
