The AirTAC GFR300C15MC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MC2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is sized 300 with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, carries a 40 um standard filter element, and uses a manual drain, so the bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance - a good fit where drainage is checked on a fixed schedule. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate, and a round external gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scale options, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air fed to a press cylinder, with the set pressure held steady stroke after stroke and the psi gauge giving the operator a visible setpoint.
Point-of-use preparation ahead of tool-clamp and chip-clearance actuators on a machining centre, filtering water and swarf-laden particulate before the directional valves.
Filtering and regulating supply to carton-sealing and case-erector cylinders on a packaging line, with manual drainage tied into the end-of-shift maintenance round.
Sizing steps up through the family: 200, 300, 400 and 600, each with larger ports and higher flow capacity - match the size and port step to the air demand of the circuit rather than oversizing on guesswork. This unit is size 300 with a G1/2 port. The manual drain here suits installations where someone is already at the machine regularly; choose automatic or differential-pressure drain codes if the bowl cannot be attended. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scales are available in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are order options. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet and check the sizing against your demand before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand, which suits machines that are attended on a regular schedule. The same GFR300 size is also available with an automatic drain (code A) or a differential-pressure drain (blank) - note that the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type: manual-drain units adjust 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drain units adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
