The AirTAC GFR300C15MLJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLJNWT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, removing water and particulate from compressed air and holding downstream pressure at the set point. This configuration is built around a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a metal bowl with a manual drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. No gauge is fitted and no mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge options and bracket choices. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to pneumatic vises and clamps on a machining cell: the 5 um element shields downstream valves from particulate, and the manual drain lets an operator clear collected water during scheduled shift checks.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to sealing jaws and divert cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the low-pressure regulator type matches circuits set below standard ranges and the manual drain suits lines with fixed maintenance windows.
Air preparation for gripper circuits on robotic handling cells: one body does the filtering and the regulating, the 1/2 in NPT port feeds the cell manifold, and the metal bowl with manual drain is emptied at planned service stops.
Within the GFR line the real, decodable choices are: size and port (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) stepped against the flow your circuit needs; drain type - differential-pressure (the default), automatic, or manual as fitted here; filter grade - 40 um standard or 5 um (code W), which this unit carries; gauge - none as here, or an embedded square gauge or external round gauge with an MPa, psi or bar scale; thread - PT standard, with G (BSPP) or NPT to order; and bracket - included by default or omitted (code J, as here). This unit is also the low-pressure regulator type; its exact setting range is not published in our sheet, so ask us to confirm it. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves and not as a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing for this 1/2 in port unit from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries the M code: a manual drain that is opened by hand to expel collected water, which suits stations checked on a schedule. The GFR300 series is also available with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or an automatic drain - ask us to quote the variant you need.
