The AirTAC GFR600C20AC2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20AC2TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 600 unit is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. The aluminium alloy bowl suits the larger size 600 frame. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 5 um element option (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT thread options, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of spray booths and paint guns: water and dirt are stripped from the compressed air and the atomising pressure is set and held at the gun manifold.
Feeding clean, regulated air to the pneumatic cylinders and grippers that drive case erecting, taping and palletising stations, with the automatic drain handling condensate through long shifts.
Conditioning the air supply to quarter-turn valve actuators on process lines, where the regulator sets the actuator stroke pressure and the 40 um element protects the actuator seals.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; size up or down (200/300/400/600) according to the flow your line needs, and confirm the fit against the published flow curves before ordering. This unit carries the automatic drain, so condensate is discharged without operator attention; manual and differential-pressure drains are available if you prefer a different drain behaviour. The 40 um element is the standard grade - specify the W code for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The round gauge here reads in psi; square gauges and MPa or bar scales can be ordered instead. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is an order option - state the specification you need when ordering. A bracket is included, and the reverse/check valve is fitted. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one number is quoted here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code GFR600C20AC2TK means the bowl drain is automatic: collected condensate is discharged without anyone opening the drain. GFR units can also be ordered with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain (blank), and the regulation range differs by drain type - 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) for automatic and differential-pressure drains, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for manual.
