The AirTAC GFR600C20AF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20AF1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size-600 unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, and an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa is fitted so the downstream setting can be read at a glance. A reverse/check valve is fitted, and the bowl on this 600 size is aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and G or NPT thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feeding the tool-clamp and chuck-actuation circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valves between shifts.
Point-of-use preparation at a spray-booth air drop, filtering water and pipe scale from the shop supply and holding a steady regulator setting for the spray equipment.
Filtered, regulated air for the stopper and pusher cylinders along a bottling-plant conveyor, with the reverse/check valve holding the downstream setting if the supply dips.
Start with the port size: this unit steps up to 3/4 in NPT on the size-600 body, the largest in the GFR range, so size up from 200/300/400 when your line needs the bigger ports. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (as fitted here) for unattended duty, manual for periodic checks, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element is standard; specify the 5 um W grade if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar, and the thread can be ordered in PT (standard), G or NPT - this configuration is NPT. Brackets are included on GFR units.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
A stands for an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention. The GFR family is also available with a manual drain (code M) or the differential-pressure drain as the default, so you can order the drain type that suits your installation.
