The AirTAC GFR600C20AF2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AF2WT is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is fitted with a 5 um filter element (the tighter of the two published grades), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a square pressure gauge reading in psi, and a 3/4 in NPT port. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum working (inlet) pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy, and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports and threads, drain types, filter grades and gauge scales, so a variant can be matched to most supply-air points. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in drop from a factory compressed-air ring main, it filters water and scale from the supply and holds a steady regulated pressure for the tools and actuators fed from that drop.
Mounted ahead of a CNC machine's air inlet, the 5 um element keeps chips of moisture and particulate out of the machine's pneumatic valves while the regulator sets the pressure the machine builder specifies.
Fitted on the air feed to a bottling or cartoning line's conveyor stopper and clamp cylinders, it conditions the supply and lets the line supervisor set and read the working pressure in psi at the gauge.
Work from the port step first: size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port sits at the top of the GFR range, so check it against the pipe size and air demand of the line it will feed. Choose the drain next: automatic drain (this unit) suits points that are not checked daily; manual drain suits supervised installations; the differential-pressure default is the baseline option. On filtration, 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (code W, fitted here) protects finer downstream equipment. Gauge scale can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar, and the thread can be PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. A mounting bracket is included with this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing for your application on request.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate from the aluminium alloy bowl without anyone having to open it - useful for air points that are not visited daily. The family is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure default, and with the standard 40 um element instead of the 5 um element fitted here.
