The AirTAC GFR600C20AJC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AJC2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, an automatic drain that purges collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy, and operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT / G / NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, and gauge choices by style and scale. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4-inch drop feeding a CNC machining cell, it strips water and swarf-carrying particulate from the header air and holds a steady regulated pressure to the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps.
Mounted on the air supply to a packaging-line conveyor with pneumatic diverters and stop gates, it keeps moisture out of the actuators and maintains the set pressure so gate timing stays repeatable through the shift.
Fitted ahead of a bank of quarter-turn pneumatic valve actuators on a process skid, it delivers clean, dry, regulated air to the positioners and actuators, with the automatic drain handling condensate in humid plant air.
Start with the size and port: GFR units step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, and the port grows with the size (this unit is size 600 with a G3/4 port), so match the size to the flow your line needs. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default), automatic (this unit) or manual. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Pick the gauge style and scale (square embedded or round external; MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and whether a bracket is required. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for GFR units as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly before ordering.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which purges collected condensate from the aluminium bowl without operator attention - useful on lines that run unattended. GFR units can also be ordered with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or a manual drain; with the automatic drain fitted, the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
