The AirTAC GFR600C20AJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AJC3WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit is fitted with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the fine grade, versus the standard 40 um), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The metal bowl on this 600 size is aluminium alloy, and the unit is ordered without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range with automatic drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, and is available with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation ahead of a CNC machining cell: water and chips of particulate are stripped from the shop air line and the pressure is set for clamps, tool-changers and pneumatic actuators on the machine.
Filtered, regulated air for the cylinders and diverters on a packaging or cartoning line, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of valves during continuous shifts and the 5 um element protects sensitive directional valves.
Supply air conditioning at a paint spray booth, where the regulator holds a steady atomising pressure at the gun and the fine 5 um grade reduces particulate that would otherwise show up as defects in the finish.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in port, the largest step in the GFR range. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (as fitted here) drains condensate on its own, manual requires operator action, and differential-pressure drains only when the pressure drop across the element is high enough. Filtration grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, as fitted here) where finer particle removal is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit carries a round gauge reading in bar. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is optional; this configuration is ordered without one.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration carries code A, meaning an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without operator attention - useful on lines that run unattended. The alternatives in the family are a manual drain (code M, drained by hand) and the differential-pressure drain (no code, the default), which discharges only when the pressure drop across the element rises. Note that with an automatic or differential-pressure drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
