The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a standard regulation range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and no mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi or bar), G or NPT threads, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fit this G3/4 filter regulator at the air inlet of a packaging line so wrappers, sealers and pick-and-place cylinders receive cleaned air at the pressure the machine was set up for, with condensate drained automatically between shifts.
Use the unit on the supply to conveyor gates, diverters and stopper cylinders, holding a steady set pressure so indexing and product stops stay repeatable while the 40 um element keeps debris out of the valve seats.
Install it on a workshop drop line feeding impact wrenches, air ratchets and blowguns, giving technicians a psi gauge to set tool pressure at the point of use and an automatic drain that copes with a shared, humid supply.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 to 1 inch) according to the flow your line needs - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and we will confirm the flow curve against your demand before you order. Choose the drain to suit the installation: this unit has an automatic drain, best where the bowl is hard to reach or the line runs unattended; manual and differential-pressure drains are available on other codes. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread and G (this code) or NPT are order options; brackets are optional (this code has none).
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow curve and correct size from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate by itself - the right choice where the unit sits high, is enclosed, or runs unattended. Manual-drain and differential-pressure-drain versions are available on other GFR codes if you prefer to drain on a schedule or tie draining to pressure drop.
