The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4 Auto Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2K is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration is threaded PT3/4 (3/4 in), carries a 40 um standard filter element, drains condensate automatically, and is fitted with an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, the regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) adjustment range, and no mounting bracket is included. At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um or 5 um (W) element, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and an optional bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feed filtered, regulated air to the tool-clamp and pneumatic-actuator circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the automatic drain handling condensate on a machine that runs unattended shifts.
Install at the 3/4 in branch take-offs of a factory air ring main, giving each production zone its own water-and-particulate removal point and a locally set, gauge-monitored pressure.
Prepare the air feeding cylinder-driven conveying, filling and capping stations, where the check valve holds the set pressure against upstream dips and the automatic drain keeps the bowl clear.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 in to 1 in) to match the air demand of the line - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. This unit is the 3/4 in PT-threaded size 600. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic drain (as here) where the unit is hard to reach or the line runs unattended, manual drain where someone checks the point of use, or the differential-pressure default. Pick the 40 um standard element for general air preparation or the 5 um (W) grade for finer protection, and set the gauge scale to MPa, psi or bar. A bracket is optional; PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options.
One honest note before you order: AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing data from the datasheet on request.
This configuration is ordered with an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate without anyone visiting the unit - useful for elevated or unattended installations. The GFR family is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure default, and with a 5 um (W) element instead of the 40 um standard fitted here.
