The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF2TK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. A reverse/check valve is fitted, no mounting bracket is included, and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop to a machining centre, it cleans water and chips-laden debris from the shop air line and holds a steady regulated pressure to the machine's pneumatic valves and clamps.
Mounted ahead of the cylinder and gripper bank on a carton-sealing or palletising conveyor, it conditions the air and keeps actuator pressure consistent through the shift, with automatic drain handling condensate.
Placed upstream of a solenoid valve manifold on an automated assembly station, it protects the valves from water and particulate while the check valve holds set pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Start with the port and size: this unit steps up to 3/4 in NPT on the largest GFR frame, so match it against the pipe size and air demand of the circuit it feeds. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (fitted here) suits unmanned or hard-to-reach installations, manual suits attended points, and differential-pressure drains only discharge when the pressure drop warrants it. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify 5 um (code W) where downstream equipment needs finer protection. The square gauge is fitted here reading psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT as order options, and brackets are optional (omitted on this code).
Flow for this family is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate without anyone opening the bowl - useful for unmanned or hard-to-reach installations. The same GFR600 frame can be ordered with a manual drain or the default differential-pressure drain instead, and with a 5 um (W) element, a different gauge scale, or a bracket if you need one.
