The AirTAC GFR600C20AJF3WT AirTAC 5um Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20AJF3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: a 5 um filter element and a pressure regulator combined in one body, in size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port. This configuration carries an automatic drain, an aluminium alloy bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a standard regulator adjustable from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C non-freezing, and no mounting bracket is fitted on this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be specified with manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, an external round gauge, a mounting bracket, and PT or G thread as order options. Flow for this unit is published as a curve rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures against your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use filtered and regulated air for a CNC machining cell's clamps and chuck actuation, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from fine particulate and the automatic drain clearing condensate.
Filtered and regulated supply for the pick-and-place cylinders and product diverters on a carton packaging line, with the bar-scale square gauge letting operators set and check line pressure at a glance.
Regulated air to the fill-and-cap valve manifold on a bottling line drop, where the automatic drain and aluminium alloy bowl handle the condensate load without daily manual draining.
Choose the size by the port and flow your line needs: sizes 200 through 600 step up from 1/8 to 1 in, and this 600 unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port. Drain type is a real decision: automatic (as here) ejects condensate without attention, manual needs periodic draining, and the default differential-pressure drain bleeds as the pressure drop builds. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W, as on this unit) for finer particulate. Gauges are embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as the AirTAC standard, with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this 3/4 in unit before you order.
The W code in GFR600C20AJF3WT selects the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer particulate removal, and the A code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate without manual attention. Manual-drain and differential-pressure-drain versions, and the 40 um grade, are available in the same series.
