The AirTAC GFR600C20AJNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20AJNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer water and particulate removal than the standard 40 um grade, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention. The outlet pressure is set between 0.15 and 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with the standard regulator, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. No pressure gauge is fitted (code N), no reverse/check valve is included, and no mounting bracket is supplied.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each size can be ordered with a different filter grade, drain type, gauge and thread form (PT standard, G and NPT as options). Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rated number, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-change and clamping circuits of a CNC machining centre, where the 5 um element helps protect directional valves and cylinders from particulate carryover and the automatic drain keeps condensate off the shop floor.
Conditioning the compressed air feeding lab automation and sample-handling equipment, where a set-and-hold regulated pressure downstream of the receiver and self-draining condensate management reduce the need for daily attention at the supply panel.
Serving as the point-of-use filter regulator on a carton-forming and sealing machine's air drop, cleaning the shop air to 5 um and holding the actuator circuit at the pressure the machine builder specifies, with the automatic drain handling moisture at the drop leg.
Choose the GFR size by the port and flow your line needs: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the family, suited to higher-demand air supplies; smaller sizes 200/300/400 step down through 1/8 to 1/2 in. Drain type is a real choice: automatic (this unit) drains condensate by itself, manual requires periodic draining, and the default differential-pressure drain reacts to the pressure drop across the element. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, as selected here, for finer particulate capture. A pressure gauge is optional on GFR units (embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scale); this configuration ships without one, so add a gauge variant if you want a visible setpoint. Thread is PT as the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) as order options, and a bracket is optional (omitted here). Flow for the series is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number for this unit. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The code GFR600C20AJNWT decodes with A in the drain position (automatic drain, so condensate is expelled without manual attention) and N in the gauge position, meaning no pressure gauge is fitted. If you want to see the regulated setpoint at the unit, order a GFR600 variant with the gauge option in your preferred scale (MPa, psi or bar); the drain and gauge choices are independent.
