The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC2K is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has PT3/4 ports, a 40 um standard filter element, an automatic drain that bleeds collected condensate without manual attention, and a low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied with a round external gauge scaled in psi, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature range of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8" to 1", and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) filter element, G or NPT threads, alternative gauge scales (MPa/psi/bar) and no-gauge variants. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding tape heads and clamp cylinders on a packaging end-of-line: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before they reach the actuators, the automatic drain keeps condensate off the floor, and the low-pressure regulator holds a steady supply pressure to the sealing heads.
Mounted on the frame bracket at the machine's air inlet: the PT3/4 port matches the main drop line, the reverse/check valve holds settings against supply dips, and the psi gauge gives operators a local pressure readout at the panel.
Regulating a shop-air header that feeds air knives and cooling jets on a converting line: filtration protects the nozzles from particulate, the aluminium 600-size bowl suits the higher-flow position, and the low-pressure regulator type suits applications run below standard line pressure.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with PT3/4 ports. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this unit, for unattended condensate removal), manual, or the differential-pressure default. Filter grade is 40 um standard here, with 5 um (code W) available where finer particulate capture is required. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and the bracket is included.
Note that this is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so we confirm it on request. Flow for the GFR series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your inlet pressure and demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate by itself instead of waiting for a manual blow-down, and C2 selects the external round gauge with a psi scale. If you would rather have a manual or differential-pressure drain, or an MPa or bar gauge scale, those are orderable variants in the same GFR600 series.
