The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALC2W is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This size 600 unit is built with a 3/4 in PT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), an automatic drain that empties collected condensate without manual attention, and a low-pressure regulator fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options across drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, and G or NPT thread. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating supply air at the drop feeding pneumatic clamps and actuators on a car trim line, with the automatic drain clearing condensate at the point of use.
Steadying pressure to the pusher and clamp cylinders on a packaging conveyor, where the 5 um element helps protect valve spools from particulate carryover.
Conditioning shop air for a laboratory test rig that needs low-pressure regulated air with a psi gauge readout at the bench.
Size and port set the flow path: this is the largest GFR frame at 600 with a 3/4 in PT port; step down to 300 or 400 for smaller ports, or up from 200/300 as demand grows. The 5 um element suits air feeding finer components; choose the 40 um standard grade for general plant air. Drain options are differential-pressure (default), automatic (as fitted here) or manual. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order; a bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application flow and pressure and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code marks the low-pressure regulator variant, used where the process runs below standard regulator settings; the exact adjustment range is not published, so we confirm it on request. The W code selects the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, for air feeding finer components.
