The AirTAC GFR600C20ALF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body, and the GFR600C20ALF2G is the size 600 configuration with a G3/4 (BSPP) port. This unit is built with an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. The embedded square gauge is fitted in psi scale, and at size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. A mounting bracket is included; no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with an optional 5 um element (code W), manual or differential-pressure drains, MPa/psi/bar gauge scales, and PT, G or NPT thread options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the 3/4 inch main drop feeding clamp fixtures around a robotic weld cell, this filter regulator cleans the supply and holds the reduced pressure the clamp cylinders are set to, with the automatic drain coping with condensate from long header runs.
Installed at the air-prep point of a cartoning or bag-sealing machine, the unit removes water and particulate before the directional valves and regulates supply to the seal and gate actuators, while the automatic drain keeps the aluminium bowl clear without daily attention.
On a filling line where reject fingers and divert gates run at reduced pressure, the low-pressure regulator type sets the supply for the gate actuators and the 40 um element protects the valves upstream of them, all at the 3/4 inch header size.
Size 600 with a G3/4 port is the largest step in the GFR range; step between 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the pipe and flow demand of your line. Choose the drain to suit attendance: automatic (this unit) expels condensate on its own, manual requires opening the drain, and differential-pressure is the standard default. The 40 um element suits general air preparation; specify the W code for a 5 um element where finer filtration matters. The gauge here is the embedded square type in psi scale; MPa and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge can be ordered instead. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are order options. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and inlet/outlet pressure conditions and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request.
This unit carries the A drain code: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is expelled automatically, which suits unattended drops and long supply runs. Manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank) drain versions are available in the same size if you prefer a different arrangement.
