The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single size-600 body with a 3/4 in NPT port. This configuration carries a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer cleaning than the standard 40 um grade, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a low-pressure regulator type for circuits set below standard regulator ranges. A round pressure gauge with an MPa scale is fitted, and a reverse (check) valve is built in. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C2 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and regulating the supply to workholding clamps on a CNC machining cell, where the 5 um element protects clamp cylinders and the low-pressure type suits sensitive clamping circuits.
Conditioning air for carton-forming and sealing actuators on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the circuit during continuous runs.
Filtering and regulating a 3/4 in branch drop from the plant ring main, with the check valve holding the downstream setting if upstream supply dips.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port sits at the top of the GFR range; step down to 300 or 400 if your line's air demand is smaller, since port and body size should follow required flow. Choose the 5 um element (this unit, code W) where downstream valves and cylinders need finer air than the standard 40 um grade. The automatic drain suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; manual or differential-pressure drains are available if you prefer controlled or pressure-differential dumping. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, so confirm its setpoint range against your circuit before ordering. Thread here is NPT; PT and G are order options. No mounting bracket is included (code J), and the round MPa gauge is fitted.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L code in the model marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits set below standard regulator ranges; the exact setpoint range for this type is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering. The C1 code adds the optional external round pressure gauge with an MPa scale, in place of the standard embedded square gauge.
