The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 is a filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This GFR600C20ALJC2WG is built in the largest size of the range with a G3/4 (3/4 in) port, a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, and an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without operator attention. It is the low-pressure regulator type, carries a round external gauge scaled in psi, and is supplied without a mounting bracket. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, standard or low-pressure regulation, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Spot-welding gun clamps and positioners run on plant air at moderate set pressures; this unit filters spatter-laden shop air down to 5 um and holds the clamp circuit pressure steady, while the automatic drain keeps condensate away from the clamp valves.
On a beverage bottling line, capper torque units and diverter cylinders need clean, regulated air; the G3/4 port covers the supply header, and the automatic drain copes with humid compressor air feeding the filler area.
A materials test lab running pneumatic loading rigs needs fine 5 um air and a low set pressure; the round psi gauge lets technicians read and log the set point directly at the rig.
Size 600 with a G3/4 port sits at the top of the GFR range; step down to 300 or 400 if your line demand is modest - we can check the published flow curves against your consumption on request. The 5 um element (code W) suits valves and instruments that need finer air than the 40 um standard. The automatic drain (code A) fits unattended or high-humidity installations; manual and differential-pressure drains are the alternatives in the family. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type - its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm your set pressure with us before ordering. The round gauge here reads psi; the embedded square gauge is standard and MPa or bar scales are options. Thread is G (BSPP); PT is AirTAC's standard and NPT is orderable. No mounting bracket is fitted - select the bracket variant if you need to mount the unit.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure on the page. Send us your line demand - port size, working pressure and air consumption - and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 600, G3/4 unit is correctly sized for your application.
The automatic drain (code A) ejects collected condensate on its own, which suits unattended or high-humidity installations; manual (code M) and differential-pressure drains are the other choices in the family. The 5 um element is the W-grade option against the 40 um standard, for circuits feeding valves, cylinders or instruments that need finer air.
