The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJC2WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size-600 unit is supplied with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), an automatic drain, the low-pressure regulator type, and a round external gauge reading in psi. No reverse/check valve is fitted and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding clamps and fixtures on a CNC machining line, where the 5 um element keeps particulate out of the clamp cylinders and the low-pressure regulator holds a reduced setting for delicate workholding.
Clean, regulated air for carton-sealing and case-packing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing accumulated condensate so the bowls do not need daily attention across a multi-shift line.
Conditioning the air supply to a spray-painting booth, where the 5 um grade reduces particulate carryover into the finish and the regulator lets the booth operator hold a steady, reduced supply pressure to the spray equipment.
The real choices on this family: step across sizes 200/300/400/600 to match the port and flow path your line needs; choose the drain - automatic on this unit, or manual or differential-pressure on other variants; pick the filter grade, 5 um here versus the 40 um standard; and select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT is the standard, with G and NPT as order options). Bracket fitment is also a choice; this configuration is supplied without one.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and downstream demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code in the model selects the 5 um element against the 40 um standard, giving finer particulate removal ahead of the regulator. If your application tolerates coarser filtration, the 40 um variant of the same size is available to order.
