The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size-600 unit is built with a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain, the standard 40 um filter element, a low-pressure regulator, a round gauge scaled in bar, and a fitted reverse (check) valve. The bowl on this largest frame is aluminium alloy, max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, PT, G or NPT threads, and mounting brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted at the drop feeding a bottling machine's cylinder bank, it strips condensate and particulate from shop air and lets the line hold a low, steady working pressure for gentle bottle-handling motions. The automatic drain keeps the aluminium bowl clear without daily attention.
Where a press fixture runs hold-down clamps at a reduced setting, this filter regulator conditions the air and lets an operator set the clamp pressure from the bar gauge, while the fitted reverse valve prevents backflow toward the supply side.
Feeding the directional valves and actuators on a carton-packing machine, the combined filter and regulator in one body saves panel space and plumbing compared with separate components, and the 3/4 in NPT port suits the machine's main air drop.
Size 600 is the largest GFR frame and carries the 3/4 in port; step down to 200, 300 or 400 if your line flow is smaller. Drain choices are automatic (fitted here), manual or differential-pressure. The 40 um element is standard and a 5 um element (code W) is available for finer filtration. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an external round type, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this unit carries a round gauge in bar. Threads are offered as PT (the standard), G or NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional and not fitted here. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator variant, and its exact adjustment range is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request. This is the size-600 frame with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest port step in the GFR range.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain: condensate collected in the aluminium alloy bowl is expelled without an operator having to open a manual drain. Manual and differential-pressure drain variants are available in the same GFR family if your installation prefers them.
