The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20ALJF1WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air at a 5 um grade (code W), then regulates downstream pressure with the low-pressure regulator type. This configuration carries a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain on the bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, no reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of port sizes, PT/G/NPT threads, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale options, and bracket choices. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic grippers and clamp cylinders on a robotic welding line, where the 3/4 in NPT port suits a main drop feeding several downstream devices.
Conditioning the air that drives fill, cap and reject actuators on a bottling conveyor, with the automatic drain clearing collected condensate during continuous shifts.
Supplying clean, regulated air to the tool changer and workpiece clamps on a CNC machining center, where the 5 um element helps protect close-tolerance pneumatic components.
Size and port are the first decodable choices: GFR units step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with larger sizes carrying larger ports and more flow capacity, so match the size and port step to the air demand of the circuit. Drain type is a real choice on this family: differential-pressure (default), automatic (as fitted here) or manual. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code (this unit is 5 um). Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (standard) or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. Bracket inclusion is also coded on the family. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering; the exact adjustment range of the low-pressure regulator type is likewise confirmed on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
This configuration has an automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate from the bowl without manual attention. The GFR family also offers a manual drain (code M) and a differential-pressure drain as the default; the drain choice is part of the model code, so pick the type that matches how the unit will be attended on your line.
