The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This unit, GFR600C20ALJF3TK, is built for 3/4 in NPT ports and carries a 40 um filter element, an automatic drain, a low-pressure type regulator, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse/check valve. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No mounting bracket is fitted (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa or psi, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and a bracket where needed. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for 3/4 in ring-main drops feeding bottle-washer and capper cylinders, with the automatic drain clearing condensate from humid plant air without daily attention.
Regulating clamp cylinders on a machining fixture at low setpoints, where the low-pressure type regulator and 40 um element suit the valve stack and hold the clamping circuit setting.
Filtering and regulating atomising air to spray guns in a finishing booth, with the fitted check valve holding the regulator setting while the booth supply is switched off between shifts.
Size and port are the first choices: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this unit sits at the top of the range on 3/4 in NPT threads. Where a bowl is present you choose the drain: differential-pressure (the default), automatic (as fitted here) or manual. Filter grade is 40 um as standard or 5 um with code W. Units with a regulator take an embedded square gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales (bar here), and a reverse/check valve can be specified with code K. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; brackets are optional on the GF/GR/GL/GFR bodies.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated number, so no rated flow is quoted here. Send us your application and we will confirm sizing and datasheet figures on request before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.
This unit carries code A, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention. The GFR family is also available with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or a manual drain (code M); tell us which suits your maintenance routine and we will confirm the exact configuration and its figures.
