The AirTAC GFR600C20ALJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines water and particulate filtration with pressure regulation in a single body. This GFR600C20ALJF3WTK is the size 600 unit with NPT3/4 ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain, the low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge with bar scale, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy rather than polycarbonate.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 up to 1 inch, and options that include manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, MPa or psi gauge scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated low-pressure air to spray guns and air-assisted equipment in a paint booth, with the 5 um element helping keep water and particulates out of the finish and the automatic drain handling condensate.
Sits at the air drop of a cartoning or case-packing line to condition the supply feeding cylinders and directional valves, holding a steady low regulated pressure while the aluminium alloy bowl drains condensate automatically.
Conditions the air to pneumatic clamps and workholding fixtures on a machining cell, where the fitted check valve helps hold the set downstream condition and the bar-scale square gauge gives a local reading at the fixture.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 map to increasing ports from 1/8 up to 1 inch, and this unit sits at the top of the range with NPT3/4 connections. Within the family you can pick the drain (automatic as here, or manual, or the differential-pressure default), the element grade (5 um as here, or the 40 um standard), the gauge scale (bar here; MPa and psi are available), the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and whether a bracket is fitted. The low-pressure regulator type and the fitted check valve are fixed by this code.
Because AirTAC publishes flow only as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves on request.
Code A sets the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate without anyone having to operate the drain by hand - useful on lines that run unattended. The same GFR600 filter regulator is also available with a manual drain or with the differential-pressure drain that is the family default; ask us for those codes.
