The AirTAC GFR600C20ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ALNWT is a size 600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without manual attention, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard line pressures. No gauge is fitted on this variant, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the valve-and-cylinder cluster of a robotic assembly cell, where the 3/4 in port serves a multi-machine manifold and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the circuit without daily bowl checks.
Conditioning the supply to the pneumatic sealing and case-forming actuators on a carton packaging line, with the 5 um element protecting directional valves from particulate and the low-pressure regulator type matching a reduced-pressure circuit.
Supplying the air cylinders that raise, divert and stop product on a distribution conveyor system, where the aluminium alloy bowl and automatic drain handle condensate at a central drop and the bracket allows panel-side mounting at the station.
Step up through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 against the flow your line needs - the 600 body with its 3/4 in port sits at the top of the range for higher-demand circuits. Choose the drain to match the installation: automatic (as fitted here) where the unit is not easily reached, manual where an operator checks the bowl routinely, or the differential-pressure default. Choose the 5 um element (code W, as on this model) when downstream equipment needs finer filtration than the 40 um standard. If you need a local pressure indication, select a variant with the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale - this particular code carries none. Thread is NPT here; PT is the catalogue standard and G is also orderable. The L code marks the low-pressure regulator type for circuits below standard line pressure. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the datasheet curve figures for this 3/4 in, size 600 unit before you order.
The A in the code selects the automatic drain, which discharges collected condensate on its own instead of relying on the differential-pressure action of the default drain or a manual twist - useful where the bowl is not checked daily. The N in the code means no gauge is fitted; other GFR600 variants carry an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale if you need local pressure indication.
