The AirTAC GFR600C20ANWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20ANWT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This 600-size unit carries a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without operator attention, and no gauge. The bowl on size 600 is aluminium alloy, and the standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, PT or G thread, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fitted at the 3/4 in drop feeding air tools and pneumatic clamps on an assembly line, the unit strips water and swarf from the main supply and holds a steady working pressure so tools run consistently through the shift.
Installed ahead of a CNC machining cell's pneumatic circuit, it cleans the shop air feeding tool changers, clamps and chip conveyors and keeps the regulated pressure stable as multiple axes and actuators cycle.
Mounted on the supply to packaging and bottling conveyor actuators and stopper cylinders, it removes condensate carried over from the compressor and regulates pressure so product handling stays repeatable.
Choose the size and port against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT port, the largest step in the GFR range. The automatic drain (code A) suits installation points that are not checked daily; manual and differential-pressure drain variants are available. The 5 um element (W) is the finer of the two grades, against the 40 um standard. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard thread and G is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included, and the maximum working temperature is 70 C (non-freezing, down to -5 C). Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details - port size, downstream demand and working pressure - and we will confirm the datasheet figures before you order.
This variant carries code A, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without operator attention - useful at less accessible installation points. With an automatic drain the regulator adjusts 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); manual-drain variants offer the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C.
