The AirTAC GFR600C20C2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20C2WG is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filtration element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the unit is rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and with options including manual or automatic drains, a 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4-inch take-off feeding a packaging hall's distribution header, this unit cleans the compressed air of water and debris and holds a set header pressure for the wrapper and cartoner valves downstream.
Mounted ahead of a pneumatic stamping press, the 5 um element protects the press cylinder and control valves from particulate and condensate while the regulator sets the working pressure the forming job needs.
Fitted on the supply to conveyor diverters and stop-gates, this filter regulator keeps moisture out of the directional valves and holds a stable setting so the divert cylinders act consistently shift after shift.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) and their port sizes (1/8 to 1 inch) to match the air demand of the line - the larger the size, the larger the port and the greater the flow capacity, which we confirm against the published curves before you order. On this family you also choose the drain (differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic, or manual), the filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um as on this unit), the gauge (embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar), the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and whether a bracket is fitted. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, send us your application parameters and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
The W in the code GFR600C20C2WG selects the 5 um filtration grade; the blank-code default is 40 um. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer protection, and 40 um where coarser water and particulate removal is enough. Both grades are catalogue options on the GFR family.
