The AirTAC GFR600C20C3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20C3TK is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady in a single body. This configuration has 3/4 in NPT ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential rises, a fitted reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is lost, and an external round gauge reading in bar. The pressure adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including manual or automatic drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and bracket variations. We confirm flow and other datasheet figures on request - just ask before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, pressure-stable air at the paint-line drop: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale before the regulator feeds spray equipment, and the check valve keeps the drop pressurised during compressor unload.
Feeding packaging machinery that runs cylinders and air-actuated sealing jaws around the clock - the differential-pressure drain clears condensate without stopping the line, and the bar gauge gives operators a visible setpoint.
Regulating supply pressure to fixture clamps and swing cylinders on a machining cell, where a steady setpoint protects clamping force and the check valve holds the clamp if the shop air dips.
Size 600 with 3/4 in NPT ports is the largest step in the GFR range, so start there when your line's air demand points to a 3/4 in main; if your demand is modest, stepping down to GFR300 or GFR400 saves panel space. The differential-pressure drain on this unit needs no daily attention, but if your compressor cycles infrequently or the unit sits downstream of a dryer, a manual-drain version (code M) gives positive control instead. The fitted 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; specify the W code for 5 um if the application calls for finer filtration. This unit carries a round gauge reading in bar - if your technicians work in psi or MPa, order the matching scale code instead. NPT is the thread here; PT is the catalogue standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. A bracket is included for panel or wall mounting.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your application's flow and pressure targets and we will confirm the right size against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: if the upstream supply fails or is shut off, the valve holds the regulated downstream pressure instead of venting it back through the unit. That protects circuits where losing pressure mid-cycle is a problem, such as clamping or holding applications. The unit also carries a round gauge reading in bar and a differential-pressure drain.
