The AirTAC GFR600C20C3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/4 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20C3WT is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has NPT 3/4 in ports, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and optional brackets. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding spray-booth and paint-pump air drops where the finer 5 um element helps keep water and particulate out of the finish, with regulated pressure held steady across the shift.
Mounting at the inlet of a machine's pneumatic panel to filter and regulate the whole air supply for valves and cylinders, with the bar gauge giving operators a local pressure readout.
Supplying cartoners and wrapper actuators on a packaging line, where the differential-pressure drain handles condensate during continuous running without daily manual draining.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the machine or line you are supplying - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, and size 600 with 3/4 in NPT ports sits at the top of the range. This unit already carries the finer 5 um element; the standard grade is 40 um, so step down only if your application genuinely needs the finer filtration. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains with flow, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual requires someone to open the bowl - pick per how often the line runs unattended. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) are decodable choices; a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow figure. Tell us your application and required air consumption and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
Both are read from the model code. W is the 5 um filtration grade (the standard element is 40 um), and C3 specifies the optional external round gauge with a bar scale - the embedded square gauge is the catalogue standard, with MPa, psi or bar scales available. The trailing T sets NPT threads; PT is the standard thread and G is the other order option.
