The AirTAC GFR600C20F1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20F1T is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, 40 um standard filtration, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, and an embedded square gauge reading in MPa. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the metal bowl on this size is aluminium alloy. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drain, psi or bar gauge scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT thread options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to tool clamps, pallet clamps and pneumatic actuators on a machining centre, keeping chips and condensate out of the valve stack while holding a stable set pressure.
Sits at the drop point feeding carton sealers, case packers and diverters on a packaging conveyor, where a single body conditioning the air and setting line pressure simplifies the manifold.
Installed at a factory air drop serving rodless cylinders and grippers, removing water carried over from the compressor room and letting maintenance set a safe working pressure for that cell.
Size 600 with a 3/4 in port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 200/300/400 if your line uses smaller ports and lower air demand. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic drains on a timer-free cycle, and manual requires an operator - pick manual only where someone checks the bowl routinely. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify 5 um (code W) only where downstream components demand finer air. The embedded square gauge reads MPa; psi and bar scales are available, and an external round gauge is an option. This unit is ordered with NPT thread; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also a catalogue option. A mounting bracket is included.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we cannot quote one number here - send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Contact us with your application and we will confirm the flow data from the datasheet so you can size the unit correctly.
This configuration uses a differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate automatically as air flows through the bowl, with no operator action. If your line has long idle periods or you prefer a set-cycle drain, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M).
