The AirTAC GFR600C20F3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20F3WT is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded 3/4 in NPT, carries the 5 um filter element (code W) instead of the 40 um standard element, and drains condensate by differential pressure, so the bowl bleeds automatically as flow passes through it. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range, read on the fitted square gauge scaled in bar, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge scale and thread form (PT standard, G and NPT to order). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use preparation for the 3/4 in main feeding a CNC machining cell: water and chips-carried condensate are stripped out at 5 um while the regulator holds a steady setting for clamps, tool changers and pneumatic valves on the machine.
Feeding the cylinder and gripper circuits of a bottling or carton-packing conveyor: the filter stage keeps moisture and pipe scale out of the actuators, and the regulated output keeps stopper and pusher strokes consistent shift after shift.
Conditioning the air line that serves spray guns in a paint booth: the 5 um element reduces particulate and water carry-over toward the finish, and the regulator lets the booth operator set and read gun supply pressure on the bar gauge.
Size and port are the first decision: this unit is size 600 with a 3/4 in NPT thread, the largest step in the range, so step down to GFR200/300/400 if your line is smaller and flow demand is lower. Filter grade is a real choice here: the fitted 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer particulate removal, while the 40 um standard element is the economical choice for general line protection. Drain type is differential-pressure as coded; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available in the family if your duty needs them. The fitted square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa and psi scales, an external round gauge, a no-gauge build, a reverse/check valve (K) and thread options G or NPT are all orderable variations.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves and not as a single rated number, we do not quote a rated flow here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number here. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code GFR600C20F3WT selects the 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard element. Choose 5 um where downstream equipment needs finer particulate removal, such as spray finishing or instrument air; choose the 40 um standard element for general line protection at lower element cost. Both grades are available across the GFR range, and the same code position also carries your drain type, gauge scale and thread options.
