The AirTAC GFR600C20JC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20JC1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This 600-size unit is built for 3/4 in NPT ports, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and drains collected condensate automatically by differential pressure as air flows through. It comes with a round MPa pressure gauge and a reverse (check) valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, the aluminium alloy bowl suits the larger 600-size body, and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include manual or automatic drains, a finer 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, mounting brackets and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application; datasheet figures are available on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding 3/4 in air drops that supply paint booths and spray guns: the 40 um element catches pipe scale and water before the gun, and the regulator holds a steady set pressure at the booth.
Supplying pneumatic cylinders and product diverters on a bottling or packaging conveyor, with the fitted check valve holding downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Regulating air to workpiece clamps and tool-changers on a machining centre, where the round MPa gauge gives the operator a clear setpoint and the 600-size flow path serves a larger machine.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) matched to your air demand; the drain type - differential-pressure as on this unit, automatic (A) or manual (M); the filter grade - 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection; the gauge - embedded square as standard or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales; the thread - PT as the standard with G and NPT as order options; and whether a bracket is included. This configuration is size 600, NPT3/4, differential-pressure drain, 40 um element, round MPa gauge, check valve fitted, no bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted: air passes downstream normally, but backflow toward the regulator is blocked if upstream pressure drops. Units without the K code have no check valve; the same code also shows the thread (T = NPT here) and gauge options.
