The AirTAC GFR600C20JF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JF2G is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one body. This configuration has G3/4 ports, the standard 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because this is the 600 size, the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is also available in 200, 300 and 400 sizes with PC bowls, a choice of G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads, 5 um (code W) filtration, automatic or manual drains, round external gauges with MPa/psi/bar scales, a low-pressure regulator type, a reverse/check valve, and bracket options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the 3/4 in supply branch feeding a CNC machining cell, it strips water and scale from the shop main and holds a steady set pressure to the machine's pneumatic clamps and tool-change circuits.
Mounted at the take-off from a factory compressed-air main, it conditions the air feeding a production hall section, catching condensate and pipe debris while letting maintenance set the hall's working pressure at the gauge.
Fitted ahead of a packaging machine's valve manifold, it cleans the incoming air and regulates the pressure supplied to the machine's cylinders and vacuum generators, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Size and port set the flow path: the 600 size with its 3/4 in port sits at the top of the GFR range and suits main air drops and higher-demand branches, while 200/300/400 sizes cover smaller lines. The 40 um element is the standard grade for general plant air; choose the 5 um (W) element where finer particulate removal matters. The differential-pressure drain on this unit needs no operator attention, but an automatic drain or a manual drain can be ordered instead. The fitted square gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) here, with PT as the standard and NPT available as an order option; a mounting bracket can be added if the unit will not be fixed through its own connections.
Flow for this family is published as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we cannot quote one number here. Send us your line size and demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your line size and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet against your application before you order.
This unit has the standard differential-pressure drain, which discharges collected condensate automatically as air flows through the bowl, with no operator action needed. If you prefer, the same 600-size filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M).
