The AirTAC GFR600C20JF2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600C20JF2WK is a size 600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This configuration carries a 5 um filter element (the finer grade; 40 um is the standard option), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds condensate automatically as flow passes through, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply drops. The PT3/4 port with PT thread suits larger supply lines at the head of a machine or zone.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, G (BSPP) and NPT thread variants, manual or automatic drain choices, 40 um or 5 um elements, and MPa, psi or bar gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the head of a 3/4-inch ring main serving multiple workstations, it cleans the plant air to 5 um and holds a set downstream pressure for every take-off point.
Feeding a CNC machine's air-hungry components such as tool-changer cylinders and pneumatic clamps, where fine 5 um air and a stable regulated pressure protect precision motion.
Placed ahead of the valve manifold on a packaging or palletising conveyor, it delivers filtered, regulated air to the diverters, stops and lifters along the line.
Size 600 with a PT3/4 port is the largest step in the GFR range, so start there when your line flow demands the biggest ports, and step down to 300/400 if the curve allows. The 5 um element here is the right choice when downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer air than the 40 um standard; note that finer filtration trades against pressure drop. The differential-pressure drain suits continuous-flow duty; choose automatic drain (code A) for unattended intermittent duty or manual (code M) where an operator drains on a schedule. The square psi gauge matches US practice; MPa and bar scales are orderable alternatives. G and NPT threads are catalogue options if your piping is not PT. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
The differential-pressure drain (the default) passes condensate automatically whenever air flows through the bowl, with no operator input. If your duty is intermittent or unattended, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M) - just ask for the alternative model code.
