A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed on the main air drop leaving the compressor room, it strips condensate and fine particulate before the plant distribution header and holds a steady regulated pressure for the whole bottling hall. The differential-pressure drain suits the continuously flowing main line, and the check valve keeps downstream pressure up during compressor unload.
Mounted at the point of use on a CNC cell's clamping circuit, it delivers clean, regulated air to the clamps and fixtures. The 5 um element protects the clamp cylinders and pilot valves from fine contamination, and the psi gauge gives the setter a direct local reading of clamping pressure.
Fitted ahead of the diverter gates, pushers and bag-sealer cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, it regulates the supply these actuators see and removes water carried over from the main system. The check valve prevents the actuators from back-feeding the header if upstream supply drops mid-cycle.
