The AirTAC GFR600C20JNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20JNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in one unit, with no lubricator in this family. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 3/4 in NPT port, a fine 5 um filter element (code W), the differential-pressure drain, and the standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). No gauge is fitted (code N) and no mounting bracket is included (code J). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is ordered with a choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge and gauge scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the actuated grippers and sealing cylinders on a carton-forming and wrapping line, with the 3/4 in NPT port matching the main drop to the machine.
Conditioning the air feeding a bench-mounted pneumatic press, filtering water and particles to 5 um ahead of the valve stack while holding a set working pressure for consistent forming.
Supplying the air cylinders that raise diverters and stop gates on a distribution conveyor, keeping moisture and debris out of the valves and holding the pressure the station was set up for.
Start with the port step: sizes run 200/300/400/600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so step up to size 600 / 3/4 in when the line demand calls for the larger port. Choose the drain to suit access: differential-pressure (this unit's default), automatic for unattended drains, or manual where an operator drains by hand. Pick the filter grade: 40 um is the standard element and 5 um (code W, fitted here) suits finer protection downstream. Decide whether you want a gauge fitted and in which scale (MPa, psi or bar) - this unit ships without one - and specify the thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Brackets are optional on GFR.
One honest note before ordering: flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application and the datasheet before you commit.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the optional 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard, and N specifies that no gauge is fitted. If you want a gauge, it is available as an order option with an MPa, psi or bar scale.
