The AirTAC GFR600C20LC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LC2GK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 600-size unit that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates pressure in one body. This configuration has G3/4 (BSPP) ports, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain, the catalogue default drain type. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and the unit carries a round gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve and a mounting bracket. As a 600-size unit, its bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options that include manual or automatic drains, a 5 um element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Placed at the drop feeding spray guns on a paint line, it strips water and 40 um particulate from shop air and holds the low, steady regulated pressure the atomising setup was tuned for, with the psi gauge giving a direct readout at the point of use.
Mounted ahead of the cylinder bank on a bottling conveyor, it filters the supply and regulates it to the low setting the actuators were set up for, while the check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream line dips.
On a pilot plant or lab test rig, the low-pressure regulator trims instrument air down gently, the round psi gauge gives a direct local readout, and the 40 um element keeps debris out of sensitive valves and fittings downstream.
Start with size and port: the 200 / 300 / 400 / 600 frames step up in port and flow capacity, so choose the 600 / G3/4 frame when the line demands it - then ask us to check the flow curve against your consumption, because AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure. Next, choose the drain: differential-pressure (this model, the default), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um standard on this unit; specify W for the 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauges come as embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this model carries a round psi gauge. Threads: PT is the catalogue standard, with G and NPT as order options; this model is specified with G3/4. A bracket is included here (code J deletes it). Because this is the low-pressure (L) type, tell us the pressure you need to hold and we will confirm its adjustment range from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line size, upstream pressure and required downstream flow, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether the 600 / G3/4 size suits your application.
The L code marks the low-pressure regulator variant. Its exact adjustment range is not published in our data sheet, so tell us the pressure you need to hold and we will confirm the range from the AirTAC datasheet before ordering. Everything else on the code decodes normally: G3/4 ports, 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, round psi gauge, check valve and included bracket.
