The AirTAC GFR600C20LC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LC2WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the downstream pressure, with no lubricator. This configuration is the size 600 unit with a 3/4 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, versus the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain (the catalogue default), and a round gauge reading in psi. It is the low-pressure type (code L) of regulator, and the size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT as standard and G or NPT as order options, with a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, low-pressure regulated air to clamp and fixture cylinders on CNC machining and assembly fixtures, where the workpiece must be held at a modest, stable set pressure.
Conditions the compressed air feeding lab rigs and test benches: the 5 um element strips water and fine particulate before the low-pressure regulator sets the precise supply pressure the bench needs.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to the flap-fold and taping cylinders of carton-sealing stations on a packaging conveyor, where gentle low-pressure actuation protects the cartons.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600, with this unit at the 3/4 in NPT port of size 600, so match the size to the flow your line needs and confirm it against the catalogue curve before ordering. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer filtration than the 40 um standard. This is the low-pressure type (L); the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure variant is not published in the sheet we hold, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure. The round psi gauge is fitted here; the embedded square gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales is the standard alternative. Thread is NPT on this unit (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options), a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment you are feeding, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure type of regulator, intended for circuits regulated well below the standard unit's range. This unit also carries W (5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard), C2 (external round gauge reading in psi) and T (NPT thread instead of the PT standard), with the differential-pressure drain and included bracket as defaults. The exact adjustment range of the low-pressure variant is not published in the sheet we hold, so we confirm it on request.
