The AirTAC GFR600C20LF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LF2GK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This size-600 unit carries a 3/4 in port with G thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through, and a low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard line pressures. The metal bowl (aluminium alloy at size 600), an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve and an included mounting bracket complete this configuration.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard, G and NPT as order options), drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and standard or low-pressure regulation. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the low-pressure air circuit of a weaving or spinning line, where the low-pressure regulator type and 3/4 in port suit a larger distribution leg feeding multiple jets.
Conditions the air feeding cylinders and actuators on a cartoner or case packer: the 40 um element stops particulate reaching the valves, the regulator holds a steady setting, and the check valve holds downstream pressure.
Provides clean, regulated air to the pilot-air circuit of control valves on a filling or bottling line, with the differential-pressure drain keeping condensate out of the pilot supply during continuous running.
Start with the port step: size 600 at 3/4 in sits at the top of the GFR range, so match it to the line size and required air demand of the circuit rather than upsizing blindly. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; if your circuit runs at standard line pressures, the standard type may be the better fit, and we can confirm the low-pressure adjustment range from the datasheet on request. Choose the drain next: differential-pressure (as fitted here) drains with flow, automatic (code A) drains on a timer-free cycle, and manual (code M) needs an operator. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi, bar) and the thread can be ordered as PT, G or NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits regulated below standard line pressures; the exact adjustment range is not published on our sheet, so we confirm it on request. The K code means a reverse/check valve is fitted, which prevents downstream pressure backing up through the unit when the upstream supply is shut off.
