The AirTAC GFR600C20LJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600C20LJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size-600 configuration has a 3/4 in NPT port, the standard 40 um filter element, differential-pressure drainage of the metal bowl, a low-pressure regulator, a round gauge with bar scale, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or automatic drainage, a 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, a mounting bracket, and a reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamping fixtures that must hold at a reduced, stable pressure: the 40 um element strips water and particulate from the plant air before the low-pressure regulator sets the clamp circuit, with the 3/4 in port suiting a main branch feed.
On a cartoning or wrapping line, the unit conditions the incoming air and holds a low setpoint for the machine's actuator circuits, while the fitted reverse valve blocks backflow so the downstream circuit is not fed backward through the unit.
Supplying atomizing air to spray nozzles on a finishing line where the pressure must sit below normal main-line levels; the filter stage protects the nozzles from condensate and the round bar gauge gives a direct local pressure readout.
The decodable choices are real ones: size 200/300/400/600 sets the port (1/8 to 1 in) and should be stepped against the flow your line needs - we can check the published flow curves against your demand before you order. Drainage is differential-pressure on this unit; automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist. The 40 um element is standard and a 5 um grade (W) can be ordered. This is the low-pressure regulator type; the standard type is also available. Gauge styles are embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round gauge with bar scale. Thread is NPT here; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket can be added; this configuration is supplied without one.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so air passes one way through the unit and downstream pressure is not pushed back upstream. The same unit ordered without the K code is supplied without the valve. Also note this version has NPT threads; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is an order option.
