The AirTAC GFR600C20LJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is the size 600 frame with a NPT3/4 port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade), a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, and a round external gauge reading in bar. No mounting bracket is fitted. The size 600 bowl is aluminium alloy, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is also available in sizes 200, 300 and 400 with PC bowls, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, a 40 um standard element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamping fixtures and pallets on a machining cell, where the 5 um element protects tight-clearance valves and the round bar gauge gives operators a local setpoint readout.
Supplying the pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, with the filter-regulator keeping water and scale out of the valves and holding a steady low-pressure setting.
Conditioning gun air at a spray booth: the 5 um element and water drainage support finish quality, while the low-pressure regulator type suits coatings that call for gentle atomising pressure.
Choose the size and port by the flow your line needs: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port size from 1/8 in. to 1 in., and this unit sits at the top of the range on NPT3/4. Pick the drain to suit attendance: differential-pressure (as here) dumps condensate on pressure drop, automatic drains unattended, and manual suits supervised points. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection - this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this one is round, bar scale. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket is optional; this configuration omits it. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and inlet/outlet pressures and we will confirm the datasheet curve for this size 600, NPT3/4 configuration before you order.
The W code on this model selects the 5 um element; 40 um is the standard grade when the code position is blank. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer protection, and 40 um for general workshop air. Both grades are available across the GFR range.
